Any tracks uploaded by a user will remain the property of that user and under no circumstances will MP3WhiteLabel.com take credit for any tracks uploaded to the database. If MP3WhiteLabel.com chooses to use a track for a compilation or mix CD for general release or sale, MP3WhiteLabel.com will always ask the artists permission and pay a royalty for the use of any such track if required.
2. Use of the Website
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, license to use the Website and to receive, by stream, tracks made available through the Website. You agree that you may not reproduce, modify, transfer, distribute or otherwise use the tracks, except as provided under these Terms and Conditions, and you agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent the unauthorised use of the any tracks stored on the MP3WhiteLabel.com site. Any remixes should state the original artists name and track title and any samples used in any tracks should be clearly stated on the track description page.
No material from the Website may be modified, copied, reproduced, re-published, uploaded, posted or distributed in any way without the artists prior permission. Any such use is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to place any copyrighted, libelous, defamatory, illegal or offensive material on the Website.
3. Control
MP3WhiteLabel.com uses reasonable endeavors to monitor the Website but cannot be held responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any statement, opinion, or advice made on the Website or for any libelous, defamatory, illegal or offensive conduct by any user. You agree to notify MP3WhiteLabel.com of any such conduct which comes to your notice. You agree that MP3WhiteLabel.com including any appointed personnel may at any time without notice:

8. Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights
At MP3WhiteLabel.com, we aim to protect all users against infringement of copyright and intellectual property, if you believe that another user has uploaded a copyrighted track please e-mail reports@mp3whitelabel.com, providing the following information: The name of the Original track including and the name of the original artist. Once this complaint has been lodged the track will be no longer be available for download and the offending user will be sent an e-mail. The user will then have 7 days to explain the copyright violation, if no explanation is received or if the explanation is unsuitable the track will be permanently removed from the MP3WhiteLabel.com database. Repeat offenders of copyright violation will be removed from the site completely and their e-mail will be added to a blocked list to stop them re-registering.
If you are unsure about your rights in respect of material, or whether there has been an infringement of your rights, we suggest you take legal advice.
9. Third Party Content and Information

10. Feedback
We encourage all users of the site to leave feedback for any track that they download, this feedback should ALWAYS be felt in a positive constructive manner. Any feedback left that is abusive will be removed from the site and repeat offenders will have their accounts deactivated. Likewise, all feedback should be taken constructively, just because you think your new track is brilliant doesn't mean everybody else will. A user rating score is calculated and displayed on the screen for all users to see, this score is taken from user feedback and MP3WhiteLabel.com cannot be held responsible for any scores left by other users. All ratings should be left honestly and the user should not feel obliged to leave a higher/lower score than they feel is necessary. By uploading a track the user agrees that any rating score that they are provided is a true reflection of how others see their track and should not be taking abusively.
11. What's On
Use of the "What's On" section allows the user to post nights out. There is a small charge for posting these events onto the MP3WhiteLabel.com database, payments will be made through Paypal. Events can be posted a maximum of 2 months prior to the event date and will be automatically deleted after the event date has passed. These events will be sent to all users in the local area.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any contracts made under them shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales whose courts shall be the non-exclusive courts of competent jurisdiction.
